Korabi was founded on the outskirts of Pristina in 1994 by the Zeka family. For more than three decades we have built relationships with Kosovo's bakers and pastry chefs — one by one, order by order.
How we got here
Today Korabi Puratos is Kosovo's leading distributor of ingredients for bakeries, patisseries and chocolate makers, and the authorised distributor of brands such as Puratos, Belcolade, Pakmaya and Corman.
Selling the product was never enough: we had to show how to use it. That is why in 2020 we opened the Korabi Innovation Center, Kosovo's first culinary education centre.
In 2023 our long collaboration with Puratos became official with the founding of the Korabi Puratos joint venture. For our customers, that means faster access to the group's products and innovation, with the same team they have known for years.

- Over the years
Korabi becomes the authorised distributor of Puratos, Belcolade, Pakmaya, Corman and other global brands.

The Korabi Innovation Center opens: Kosovo's first culinary education centre.

Korabi and Puratos establish the Korabi Puratos joint venture.
